I'm a high school teacher who lives in Northern Lower Michigan, near Walloon Lake. I have three small garden patches which I unwillingly share with the local deer herd. I enjoy canning, and my garden will mainly be devoted to cukes for pickles and tomatoes. I also like sailing, cross country skiing, and animals. I volunteer at the local Humane Society, and my husband and I are the proud adoptive parents of 3 cats,(Basil, Nutmeg, and Gingko)a German Shepard,(Guinness) and a mutt (Tabor).
