I am a retired New York City elementary school teacher now living in Cape May County in New Jersey. I am growing palms, bananas,hibiscus,Hedychiums, and other exotics. I am also starting to grow figs, and I even have added the Afghan Fig to my collection[ Ficus afghanistanica ].
I have hybridized an herbaceous hibiscus similat to Lord Baltimore, but with better foliage and flowers!
