I am especially interested in growing plants that enable me to cook Asian foods. I have ordered a kaffir lime tree and would now like to find a curry tree somewhere in the US, one that I can grow in a pot in a bright window.
I love kitchen gardening, but enjoy ornamentals as well. I live at 7300 ft. in the mountains of northern New Mexico. I grow a good sized vegetable garden but can only grow certain plants in pots so they can come inside in the winter. The curry tree would have to be that kind of plant. But I have large bright windows where I could grow such plants, if only I could find a source!
