Started construction on a new home in April 2006. We have owned the lot for 21 years and bought a "temporary" house at the same time we purchased the lot.

We were just always too busy to build. Now we have finally started (our 4th design -- the others included bedrooms for kids, then teens, now just a guest bedroom).
