At first I was fascinated with Name that plant forum. It was a relief, a blessing something thought impossible to me before. A balsam to get ride of the stupity of vendors that never care what they label on plants...

Now I've also found that New to Gardening and Garden Gallery forums are much more interesting than I thought.

I love to keep delighting myself on the beauty of mother nature. But very often I think I'm obsessed with it and then I conclude everybody is obssesed with something, and usually much more trivial things
I've seen the same happens to a lot of people on the forums.

That may become an annoyance when for example I found a plant dropping seeds, nice leaves falling, etc. because I HAVE to gather all of them like if I had to behave like a bird eating... Then I think... OK there must be a memory from my previous life, when I was a bird of course! and keep on working, gathering huge quantities of whatever they were for the day I have to replenish a whole planet. I CAN'T resist it. Sometimes I recall the big boxes full of old seeds and start planting like crazy in a compulsion to see mother nature creating life, and then I got overwhelmed because, of course, I don't have either free time nor enough room to trasplant them...

I can't have a garden 'cause I live in a flat, but I have a terrace and I practice the painful art of cultivating potted plants.

Lately I'm working the weekends at a friend's weekend house, as he has a big backyard he has allowed me to take control of the green area (he doesn't know what he did!) We are doing a veggies garden, and several annual beds I expect to start flowering in december...

Unfortulately we're condemned to live in this dark third world country, and even wanting we can't make this a better place. The last thing I can expect is to be injured by another gardener. Since always has been scorn and misunderstandings between people so I will not defend myself starting my endless list of condemnable but legal things others do.
