I live in Walla Walla, Washington. In the S.E corner of WA., 12 miles from Oregon. The climate is arid, the soil rocky. Even so it is great climate for growing fruit. Apples have lost their price, and the grapes have taken over. For wine making.
I am 70 years and have had a garden all my life, and I like to continue. I call it my psychiatrist. Mostly I grow vegetables and a few flowers. I like to grow some thing unique everyear. This year is birdhouse goards.
