I am an old man, rapidly converting my conventional yard to a native plant yard, low budget style. I have added a six hundred gallon pond and a small--40 Square feet--bog garden. The vast majority of my yard is now covered with one to three feet of lasagna.

I use plants that, once established, will require no water except from clouds.
