Moved in last year to a 1710 farmhouse on 2.7acres. Small (14 trees) apple orchard in front, terribly neglected; most of the rest is lawn w/a couple of big( 8-12' diam) oaks, some old sugar maples along a stone wall, and a rose garden planted in an 8-square brick raised patio ( had been abandoned for so long that there was 2-3" of dirt over the bricks!)
