I live in the midtown Tulsa area and love working in the yard. I have two small gardeners (6 and 3), who also like to get a little dirty in the flowerbeds. My 6 year old recently gathered a bowl of leaves, mulch, sweetgum balls, and grass and asked me if I could turn on the faucet. She needed some water to make some compost! I like heirloom gardening because it is a nice way of saying "I like free plants and good advice on how to care for them!"
