Well I did it; I sold my NYC loft and moved to my 2nd home in Wellfleet on Cape Cod. The house is a contemporary Cape with Cedar siding and decks all around far in from the road. It is about 1 mile from Cape Cod Bay and 2 miles from the ocean; most of the area is protected and can't be developed (Cape Cod National Seashore)which is nice.

I am anxious to landscape the property but need to build an addition 1st to accommodate my library and painting studio. Hopefully that will be completed in 2006
