Slightly beyond a beginner..garden is a English type with Roses, perennials and lots of annuals. It faces south and sun is limited starting in September as the sun drops. I am still in the " trial and error" stage, planting something and waiting for a couple of years and if it doesn't work well there I move it. Big Dahlia person and I rely on these great plants for flowers all Fall. I do not winter them as I seem unable to figure out how to keep them from either drying out or rotting.
