I am an avid (albeit fairly new!) gardener. About a year ago, I moved to an area of Los Angeles that is only a few miles away from the beach, so I have a new garden again! :) Im always interested in meeting gardening friends/traders locally, so if you are around WLA, drop me an email! :)

My garden tends to be somewhat eclectic, though I do try to have some order amidst the chaos. (I like to call it a cottage garden, lol!) I do see passersby stopping to admire or even photograph my garden occasionally, so I must be doing something right... ;)

I especially enjoy using bright, vivid colors in my garden. I love sowing easy flowering annuals in-situ, even though that means losing some to the birds and elements. My climate allows me to grow many tropicals and sub-tropicals, so I have been adding those as well.

My other hobbies include reading non-fiction books on weird topics, watching documentaries & foreign films, playing with our 3 chihuahuas, and hiking.
