Not really much to say. I garden only with perennials, except for marigolds, from which I collect the seeds every year.

I live on a creek and would love able to move some of the plantlife to my garden. I've tried transplanting milkweed plants from ditches, but with no luck. I really would like to have a wildflower garden or maybe I should call it a native flower garden (others may call it weeds).

I really wanted to have a beautiful rose garden like the one I remember, at home, as a child, however I lost one of the bushes in the early spring, and one of the mini roses in late spring. I'm really battling blackspot on them but I'm going to try the diluted milk on them. I use crushed eggshells to keep the slugs away, but would love to have some garden snails (which my sister has) in her neighbourhood and more ladybugs. I don't know where they are hiding in this hot humid dry weather. All I seem to have are rabbits and can't seem to find mothball flakes anywhere!

I sure wish they would bring back David Tennant on Sunday mornings. We get it some afternoon, but all reruns. Would love to see some episodes.
