I am beginning to build a 3900 SF 2 story house in rural Washington, outside the Tacoma area. I am the Chicken Little of my house: everyone wants to get whan they want and live in it after it's done, but doesn't want to actually do anything in between, so since I am just that determined, I'm going to do it! The good part is, when I go to the carpet or appliance suppliers, I can spend all the time I want, ask allt he questions I want and make the final decision, without justifying it to anyone or trying to explain the difference between sage green and olive green!
I will also need some innovative plans for outbuildings such as a large shed/workshop, kennel and pumphouse.
