I'm a retired Police Officer.In a erlier life I was a farm worker and was an organic gardener before there were organic gardeners (joke). I have always kept a vege. garden but on retirement I have gone into it in a big way. I only have a quarter acre garden but every inch is used. I make lots of compost from anything I can get my hands on but mainly grass clippings and horse manure. Outside of gardening I work dogs in a sport called Agility and i like going long walks (with my dogs) when I am always looking out for material for my compost. I am married with three children. My only son lives in San Fransico. I orignate from Kent in England.
