I live in Canberra, Australia which experiences cold winters and warm summers. (Cold by Australian standards anyway).

Most of my gardening is done organically and along with the traditional array of vegetables there is much experimenting with heirlooms. At a later date I am hoping to add more fruit trees to the garden. The rest of our garden is an eclectic mix of cottage style plants, roses, bulbs, deciduous trees and the odd native.

I love the feeling of being close to the earth and being rewarded with beautiful fresh food and flowers.
