I enjoy revivng old gardens. I guess you could say I am a historical gardener. I have created many gardens in the town I live in. Both of the local high schools have small versions of Monet's Garden. I directed both of them they are works in progress.

I went to Japan and toured many of the gardens in Tokyo, Kyoto, and in Iya Valley. I most loved hiking in the jungle in the mountains around Iya Valley.

I have a mild disability. I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. It's a uncommon condition...a nerve entrapment in the ankles. It's very difficult to garden but I am a determined gardener.

I am an artist...and a art teacher. I paint often in the woods and in the garden. My gardens are art.
