I am a passionate gardener, always looking to learn about new plants. I love the cottage garden style, and try to incorporate wildflowers, herbs, self-sown annuals, and surprises in my gardens. I garden organically and am always looking for effective solutions for things like blackspot, powdery mildew, the dreaded lily-leaf beetle, poison ivy, and voles that work and are not going to pollute. I feed the birds and try to create habitat gardens and eliminate lawn wherever I go.
