Although I still work outside of the home 4 days a week, I still like to garden whenever possible. I live in Northern CA where the growing season is short. Usually can't plant until the end of May or begining of June and the season usually ends by Sept. I live at the base of a mountain, lots of pine trees. My lot is short of an acre.
Unfortunately, I love hot weather plants, so I keep alot of house plants. Although I have many perennials in my yard, my goal is to get some organization, so it looks like the landscaping had some thought in its making.
My husband and I have raised 4 sons, we now have 3 daughter-in-laws and 7 grandchildren.
