I began gardening only five years ago after I retired. I originally started growing some annuals for the coffeehouse my son and his wife owned but I got hooked. I grow perennials, roses, annuals and a lot of clematis. I have a very small yard so I am limited but that's a good thing because I couldn't take care of more(sigh!), but I would love to have more. I am in the process of modifying my garden for easier upkeep right now. My pet peeve is that
everything begins to need more love and attention just about the time of year that I am tired out and losing interest.
My husband loves my garden and helps me dig holes but he knows absolutely nothing about gardening. mythyme
