I live in Bethany which is a small town in the middle of OKC, we purchased a forclosed acreage, that consists of a whole lot of sand!! We also uncovered a beautiful water pond, and I also found landscaping rocks under about 5 inches of dirt!! WOO HOO!!! Last season of 2002 my local Ace Hardware was fixing to throw out 100's of dollars of perinnials and various other plants & shrubs, so I loaded up DH truck and went to haulin!! So the place dosen't look like a deserted ghost town any more;-))
