Well where do we start....My family has a hobby sawmill that has been running on and off for decades. Now we are getting into hobby farming because we really like playing with farm equipment. If we mange to grow anything, good for us. We have 60+ chickens for laying and entertainment. We started out with 6 chickens and just couldn't help ourselves and ended up with 114 this summer. I went on a cross country trip for a month and the persons in charge of taking care of my girls thought it would be great if I came home to a million chicks running around.(It was cute) We are trying to grow corn and giant pumpkins, but seem to do well with garlic and potatoes. Our other great hobby is Antique Tractor Pulling. Our motto is: If it isn't pre 1960 it isn't worth our time! My brother placed 2nd in the #4500 Div.I. New York State Antique Tractor Pulling Championships held in Locke NY. with his 1958 farmall 230. We are farmall fans but we have a couple John deere's just cause they sound great.

I live in: United States

My zone is: z5 Central NY
