I guess you could say I have a light-green thumb - not an advanced gardener, but love to get my hands in the dirt and tend to plants. I moved to Colorado in 2006, from California, where I lived for close to 20 years. I am still learning what grows well in the RM region - its quite a bit different from the mild climate of CA! Although I do miss being able to grow just about anything any time of the year, I think the gardening challenges here will make the successes that much more enjoyable!
