I'm a 54 year old mom. My daughter just married last October, 2003 so we now have a great son-in-law. We are building an "Empty Nester" house at this time, as we are downsizing (we'll still have plenty of room for grandchildren and guests). My husband is a builder/developer who's going to retire soon. He's just finishing up his "last" project which is a development of "Empty Nester" single family homes AND it's now time for me to tactle downsizing for us. I'll miss our old neighborhood but we'll have a great bunch of new neighborhood friends to add to the old. Also, there are some young families that purchased homes here so we have a great mixture of younger and older.
