We just bought a house this year. Very nice house, great location but every small thing seems to be a problem.

Step one: get a gas range in the kitchen.

Step two will involve stoping water from coming into the finished basement.

Step three: will involve correcting the hot roof attic (insulation on the top).

Step four: will involve correcting a number of electrical issues

Step five: will involve a quite a bit of landscaping. The previous owners actually did a pretty good job with the lanscaping, but I would prefer a little less lawn.
