It's April 24th, tax season is over and it's time to play in the dirt!! My favorite time of year. My husband and I live in a small rural town in central MN. We sent our youngest off the college last fall, married the daughter off last winter and are preparing for a June 1 wedding in our yard for the 3rd one. (Ugh, wonder if we'll have snow?!) We have an outdoor cat named Ham that like to deposit dead things on my doorstep and a pomeranian named Tater, who's smaller than the cat but fearless! This winter we put up a 4'x24' greenhouse on the southside of an existing deck, (underneath, kindof) I've had a lot of fun, the petunia's are blooming, we've got cucumbers and tomatoes, tree roses that are blooming, and a JFK rose in bloom now!
