I am 56 years old, divorced, with four grown children, the oldest of whom is the mother of my two fabulous grandchlldren (a boy and a girl). I am moving to a nearby condominium -- new construction -- and am trying to make reasonable choices for my kitchen and bathrooms, but am failing because I am not a millionaire. And clearly will never be one after purchasing appliances. While I think this is a good decision to move, mid-February in Cleveland is a time of year when other more logical decisions -- such as moving to a North Carolina beach -- might have made much more sense. However, it would be a hard, hard, thing to leave my babies. This grammy is clearly going nowhere.
