I am married with two boys (ages 23 and 21). We moved to our home on 5 acres 3 years ago. It is located outside of Jefferson City, MO. I have always enjoyed flowers, but was truly bitten by the bug once we moved to the "country". Most of the acreage is either wooded or used for pasture for our horses, but I have lots of areas around the house that I am building flower beds. I love cottage style gardens and hope to build arbors, picket fences, a water pond in the future--as time and money permit. My husband and boys are not gardeners, but will help with the muscle jobs. I truly enjoy GW and many of its forums.
