My husband is about to retire after 31 years in the US Army and 19 homes and we're heading back to east Tennessee where I grew up! We bought some wild/unimproved land on Loudoun Lake and are polishing up the floor plan before the build begins this summer! Whee! Next fall I'll start asking questions about how to improve our woodland (lots of invasive plants to clear!).
