I have an active interest in all forms of gardening. I have 5 acres of great soil, pasture, livestock, vegetable gardens, and perennial gardens. I also collect cacti, natives, and bonsai Ficus benjamina. I have a collection of koi and goldfish and plan on expanding my water gardens soon.
I have an avid desire to learn about many topics and I enjoy helping answer people's questions on plant and animal care and plant and insect identification.
I have worked at our local newspaper as a computer graphic artist for 20 years and enjoy all sorts of arts and crafting like sculpture, painting, carving and drawing.
I am married and husband mom and I are raising my brother's 7 year old twins (boy and girl)--whew! what a challenge!
