Just beginning renovation of a reproduction of the Fitch House (now in Sturbridge Village) from the 1700s. Our house was built in 1959. Beautiful wide pine floors, a huge fireplace in the kitchen and dining and a smaller one in the LR, beautiful wainscoting. Total kitchen redo, add pantry, 2 Baths redo, paint entire house, new master addition. Total exterior repair, paint etc. Yikes!!! Then the landscaping.
