Have been in GA since '91 and love every aspect of being in the south-snow scenes are so pretty on TV and X-mas cards. Originally from MO but work transplanted me and next to finding \"new\" hubby here, probably the best thing that ever happened. Have 2 grown step kids, 1 grandson(Dennis the Menace), 7 of the 4-legged kids, lots of hummers & birds to keep me occupied. Tried retirement once, that was enough. Discovered \"year round gardening\", GardenWeb etc so back to work to support the habit(s)-this time on my terms <: Love all aspects of gardening and surfing the forums for ideas & education. Other hobbies: antiques, flea markets, re-do of old houses, scavenging plants from constr sites, Sunday football, good burgers & beers on Fri nites (just had to put that one in there) and anything to keep the bones & brains in working order.
