My husband and I bought our four-square fixer-upper about two years ago. The process of renovating has been very slow. We bought our home from a bank which had forclosed on the previous owner- needless to say they were not kind to this big old giant. We are currently repairing the fire damage in the second level. ( which is proving to be a very large undertaking) In any case we love this old place and hope that one day we will be able to pass it (and all of it's renovated glory) down to our children.
