Computer Instructor for a community college and Boeing. I grew up in restaurants, trained in New York, early 80�s, under Chef Felipe Rojas Lombardi,when Dean and Deluca had an experimental kitchen open to the public. I put in time at Commercial Baking school and worked those hours for a few years.

Cooking is a passion, as is coffee. Professional espresso guy for 12 years, and often train baristas in the fine art of bean juice.
