I am a stay-at-home mother with four kids, three boys and a girl, ages 10 months to 7 years.

My husband and I built our house several years ago on 15 acres of country land in western North Carolina. I have a vegetable garden and am looking into planting an orchard with mostly less-care varieties. I am interested in edible landscaping.

I would like to recieve any kinds of fruiting plants. So far I have pecans, sour cherries, one fall bush cherry, elderberries, juneberries, one cranberry, and red raspberries, and tons of wild blackberries.

I would like to hear about your fruiting plants, particularly less-care varieties.
