My family just rented an old farmhouse built in 1925 in the center of the city. I designed new beds with much fear--my first time to do so--and my husband gave me dirt for Christmas (as requested)! This month I won my neighborhood's beautification award.I am just beginning to learn how to root rose cuttings and have successfully rooted five new plants. Now if I can just keep them alive!
