I live on a farm in the northern foothills of the Apennines in Italy, where my husband and I do a lot of gardening. I love plants in general, in particular old roses, fragrant plants, drought tolerant plants, plants that can be propagated. I like garden design, improving my soil, the natural landscape, propagating plants, digging--as long as the sun is shining--found plants, sharing plants, passalong plants. My husband and I have been working on our garden since 2002. A note: since about 2004 I have also been getting interested in Sansevierias (mother-in-laws-tongues), and am also fond of non-cactus semi-hardy succulents. My garden in pots is growing.
