I'm new to gardening. We just bought 1.33 acres and it is all cacti, mesquite, and weeds. Big weeds. My husband has no intention of doing yardwork, so it is all mine. I figure that little by little I will get rid of what I don't want and add drought-resistant things that I do want. Very slowly.
