This year I am turning 40, and feel like I'm in a very nice place in my life. 6 months ago my partner and I moved into our new home, surrounded by clay, with very steep embankments. In the short time we've been here, our landscape has changed dramatically. We have gone for more of a tropical garden, as it's is easier to grow plants that can cope with our con ditions. So far we have probably bought in about 50 metres of sands, garden mix and mulches, as well as 200metres of turf. As I have started a garden from scratch before, I have been very careful with my research as to what I am planting and where.
