ive always needed to grow things. Lately ive been most interested in growing things we can eat and have been able to produce most of what we put on our table. i like knowing where our food comes from and it gives me a sense of security to know that if the boat stops one day we wont starve, at least not right away ; ) Perennial vegetables are of special interest, as are low-input, locally adapted varieties.
