I live in the village of Hamburg, NY near Buffalo. The front yard of our 1912 colonial is a cottage garden. In the backyard (200x40) I have shade gardens, and Im starting to grow fruit trees. As a fulltime social worker and mother of 2, I have to be efficient with my time!! But honestly, most of my free time, even if its 10 minutes a day, is spent in the garden. Im also a avid composter!!
