My husband, son, daughter and I share our house with 2 dogs, 2 cats and a guinea pig. I began rose gardening seriously in 2001 when we moved and finally had the place for roses. My kitchen garden now has 2 figs, an asparagus patch, 6 blueberries (different varieties, 4 raspberry varieties, 2 blackberries (both Arapaho), strawberries, and a hardy kiwi. The vegetable side is still in development. Roses will be planted around the garden wall this spring - hybrid musks and gallicas.
