I'm a stay at home mom with three kids at the moment. My boys are 14 and were a LOT of help in the garden this spring. My daughter is only one, and so still needs lots of watching when we're out in the yard.

My mom was an avid gardener, but my gardening attempts have been twarted until just the past three years or so.

I live on about nine acres with a little bit of woods and also several pastures that we keep steers in. We've got chickens and rabbits as well.

I think it's my farming roots that are inspiring me to contemplate market gardening/cut flower gardening as a possible source of additional income.
