I am a certified chef. Worked construction for 20 years. Was permantly disabled at age 50. Now I cook and remodel my house.Got tired of sitting so I started canning everything. Put up about 200 quarts of tomato products this year. I also put up 40 quarts of pickles and also canned peach jelly and today I am starting on grape jelly.
