Thanks everyone for all the great info--I spent hours on this site last night. My husband and I just bought out first house (a less than fun undertaking in San Diego's out of control housing market!) Escrow closes in 2 weeks, and the projects begin!! We have three little boys, and want to take care of a lot of things before we move in. I'm thrilled to have found this source of information--thanks again.
