I am married, mother of 1 daughter, grandmother of 2 precocious grandsons. We live on the Texas gulf coast. My greatest gardening passions are antique roses and perennials.

I have great fun trading seeds with other gardeners. And I think it should be just that; fun. I figure folks have enough common sense as to whether their trades should be sent in padded mailers. And if they don't, well, "God bless 'em anyway", as my Granny used to say :)
