I am a mother of three, grandmother of one, and I LOVE to garden.
My mother started me gardening when I was only about 5 years old and it has turned out to be one of the best things she could have ever taught me. At many times in my life I have been distressed only to be able to relieve some of that pressure by going outside and "playing in the dirt".
