My husband and I live on family land in NC. We moved from just outside Vancouver BC, Canada in the late 70s. The roughly 60 acres of land here is owned jointly now between my son and his wife, and ourselves and gives me lots of room to ever expand my flowerbeds. Up until 9 years ago I worked, as most do, and had little time to enjoy the fruits of my labor. Now that I am at home full time I dont seem to know where to stop, fish pond five years ago, bog garden finished last year and a new large shade bed started last fall. The only problem I have is a lack of money for new varieties of plants, but some trading helps with that.
