My poor home's soil had been virtually neglected for the better of 40 years. We had very few plants and LOTS of decorative rock on our 12,000 ft2 lot. Slowly but surely we've been working on it, putting in irrigation, lawns & foilage. There is still a lot of "recovery" and soil conditioning ahead, but my dirt will live once again!! :)
