Frustrated Gardener, sometimes great, but now in Wyoming it is very touchy.

I hope to work out a way to compost dog poop. Thinking of drilling a 10 inch hole 40 inches deep and putting the stuff in along with some vegetable garbage and some worms. The manure should keep the temperature up and the food should allow worms to thrive.

I always had good luck by digging a deep hole and filling it with vegatation under the spot a tree was planted.

Also I am interested in a few chickens that I can feed the best food besides grain: flaxseed and cod liver oil.
